Tradie Marketplace is running a controlled pilot in Bundaberg and Wide Bay. If you get stuck, tell us what you were trying to do and which screen you were on.

Posting a job

Choose the closest category, describe the result you need, add helpful photos and confirm the job location. Your exact street address stays private while you compare quotes.

Quotes and choosing a tradie

Open My Jobs, select the job and compare each quote, profile, verification information and reviews. Ask questions in messages before accepting. You decide which tradie to choose.

Notifications not arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for Tradie Marketplace in your phone settings, then reopen the app. In-app alerts still show important marketplace activity.

Safety, complaints and emergencies

Use the report and block controls in the app for marketplace concerns. Email support for a complaint that needs follow-up. For immediate danger in Australia, call 000; Tradie Marketplace is not an emergency service.
